Anyone can read the wiki and suggest a correction.
- Suggest a correction. Use the Corrections page. Give the page, the claim, and a PubMed or DOI link. Please don't include your own health details.
- Help edit. Editing needs an account on the wiki. People who send useful corrections may be invited to edit pages.
- Review and publish. Changes are often checked with AI tools against the cited sources and the Evidence Levels rules before they are published.
Rules for every page:
- Start from the Article Template.
- Every claim needs a PubMed, DOI or NIH link. Unsourced claims are removed.
- Report what studies did and found. No "you should", no recommended doses, timing or protocols.
- Prefer systematic reviews, meta-analyses and large trials. Label single small trials and animal studies as such.
- No affiliate links, product promotion or copied text. Declare any conflict of interest.
- Contributions are licensed CC BY-SA 4.0.
